Oh, you’re way behind the curve. Every other TV commercial is populated with very morbidly obese (extreme obesity, BMI > 50) people, usually women. And apparently, the number of black people in America has also exploded, because it’s rare to see commercials or TV programs without a high percentage of black people in them. And, its common to see the trifecta -— black, obese women. Asians, which make up about half the number of blacks in the US, are now being given a bone, too, though in very small numbers; certainly not to the degree for blacks. Black population in US is about 14%, Asians is less than 7%. Whites, 76%. Severely obese (BMI > 40) 9%.
