Public school spending per child is the same as tuition. Never see that in any analysis apparently too many dots need to be connected, and the dot connectors seem to be out of practice.

Well, they’re going to need all that funding, especially for ESL classes as migrant children flood into the NY city school system. Money will be diverted for this.
