not looking at this politically, i have wondered if we could get to the point of doing in real life something like what was fictionalized in the movie/comic Deadpool, a way to watch for cancer cells and then launch targeted attacks to kill them when needed.
Seems very science fiction, but would be cool if we could make it work.
