Labeling the channel as “Russian propaganda” seems to be an oversimplification and perhaps a misjudgment. This channel has been active for 7 years, initially focusing on topics related to investments and real estate. Three years ago, the channel began discussing concerns about the potential economic impact of stimulus checks. In the past two years, they have also shifted their focus to cover the war in Ukraine, providing insights and updates on the situation.
While I haven’t watched every single video, my review of their past content and the videos I have seen suggests that their reporting has been accurate and insightful. It’s essential to evaluate content based on its merit and accuracy rather than making sweeping generalizations. Let’s engage in constructive discussions rather than resorting to labels without substantial evidence.
Clayton reportedly lives in Portugal now, probably to provide him some safety from US lawsuits about his real estate investing shows. The ones where he reportedly lied about investment opportunities and tricked people out of their money. His partner plead guilty to federal charges, and Clayton was sued by the Attorney General in Indiana for deceptive activities.
Presumably the people who got cheated out of their money in the real estate deals Clayton Morris promoted also thought his statements were "accurate and insightful", until they learned they weren't.
