Fine

She is morbidly obese. She has rounded face which items you her weight plus her thigh girth. I don’t need to see her actual abdomen. She had numerous secondary features common with BMI> 30 although I think it’s around 40. They have nothing to do with camera angle.

If she has that facial structure and it’s not obesity, then she has moon facies. Chronic steroid use is the typical cause. If steroids then at that age it introduces numerous autoimmune considerations. None of which are good. How about PCOS (polycyclic ovarian disease). Can’t tell if she is hirsut or if she maintain a cycle of making sure she is not.

We don’t know what meds she is on. Common things being common many 17 years old are on OCP. Does she smoke? OCP and smoking horrendous combination. Many fatalities of young women. How about marijuana in combo with these things. > 50% teens have admitted to at least trying of not regularly smoking / vaping. Was she pregnant? Didn’t want parents to know? Did she have an abortion. or a septic spontaneous miscarriage. The average age of first intercourse in America is currently 15.

That’s off the top of my head.

The point is there are a lot of things. One cannot make a certain diagnosis like vaccination death and be certain. It is the complete certainties that people make that is scary.

Did she pass a physical to play three different sports - softball, volleyball and basketball - which she lettered in? Was she the athletic director's daughter? With those two bits of info my guess is you are just blowing smoke to try and justify your ridiculous and unprofessional comment "nothing healthy about that picture".

Exactly what you are doing. You made diagnosis without any information which is very unprofessional doc and is actually very scary. This was to completely rule out, in your own mind, a "vaccine" as the culprit which has been proven to cause myocarditis in many young people. This would not be "following the science" either.
