Yes, though I'm not sure if that was actually in the movie or not. According to the trivia info on IMDB (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0074812/trivia/?ref_=tt_trv_trv):

When the Old Man is showing Logan some of the portraits that used to hang on the walls of the Capitol, a portrait of former President Richard Nixon was originally included, with the line "They used to call him tricky... something." According to Michael Anderson, the gag was considered too controversial at the time.

I see, thank you, embedded on purpose as background set humor. Mel Brooks and Quentin Tarantino are good about doing that background stuff. lol
