As to "VIDEOS/ARTICLES" citing censor.net, one learned via query to whois.com the following:
Domain: censor.net
Registrar: GoDaddy.com, LLC
Registered On: 1996-09-28

Name: Registration Private
Organization: Domains By Proxy, LLC
Street: DomainsByProxy.com
2155 E Warner Rd
City: Tempe
State: Arizona

Of itself, some "about info states:
“Censor.NET” – Ukrainian news, social and political Internet portal with a popular forum. It was founded by journalist Yurii Butusov in 2004. The portal occupies top positions among the online media in Ukraine.

Yurii Butusov is the editor-in-chief. The media positions itself as an “emotional news” site. The slogan of the site is the editor-in-chief's phrase: “Censor.NET is a popular politics with comments from the electorate.” The materials on the site are published in Ukrainian and Russian, some of them are translated into English, commentators on the forum use both Russian and Ukrainian.

In March 2015, “Censor.NET” was named the best Internet media of the year according to the national program “Person of the Year”. Yurii Butusov, editor-in-chief of the Censor.NET, received the corresponding award at the Palats “Ukraina” at the Person of the Year 2015 award ceremony.

Notice the dates. The site was registered in the US by GoDaddy in 1996. Then it claims founding "by journalist Yurii Butusov in 2004." One may buy a domain from another user, so that 1) Butusov bought the domain name from another, or 2) held it without being "founded" for eight years. No matter, It is hosted in the US, as the nameservers data suggest.

More to the point, for the Ukrainian readers, one finds:

© 2004—2023, "Цензор.НЕТ"

Всі матеріали, що розміщені на цьому сайті із посиланням на агенцію “Інтерфакс-Україна“, не підлягають подальшому відтворенню та/чи розповсюдженню в будь-якій формі, інакше як з письмового дозволу агенції “Інтерфакс-Україна“.

For those mere mortals on this thread who are not proficient in Ukrainian:
"All materials published on this website that cite Interfax-Ukraine news agency as a source should not be further copied and/or redistributed in any other form without written consent by Interfax-Ukraine news agency."
The choices are 1) either the censor.net materials are being "redistributed" with the written consent of the Interfax-Ukraine news agency, or 2) they are not.

All that remains is for Free Republic and its moderator(s) to inquire whether "written consent" has been given for posting this material, or not.

It is requested that the moderator(s) for Free Republic make a determination whether "written consent of the Interfax-Ukraine news agency" has been given or not, and, if given, to whom.

As Censor.NET positions itself as an “emotional news” site, so answering RBG -- really big graphics -- as a debate stratagem is answered according to "emotional" and RBG with a photo of a general with "really big hands."

Yes, the Consortium has been posting content from censor.net for quite a long while now.

It never crossed my mind that their news feed may have a spigot here.

Heads-up, Allegra!
