That is a fight worth having. I hope the suit happens in many states, even from AGs. I have a friend who was given Remdisivir and nearly died. God wasn’t through with her ministry on earth. But it would please me if she got some restitution. Proving damage might be hard. Was it the ventilator or the Remdisivir that kept back her progress? In hospital 5 months. Still recovering from vocal cord damage and numbness in her feet/legs.

Good to hear your friend made it although she is damaged from it. I am also one of the walking wounded, still have long haul symptoms after two years with fatigue and messed up smell and taste.

My husband was given remdisiver but refused the ventilator. He died from organ failure but they put it down as covid being the cause to get the monetary incentive. I intend to join a lawsuit if one comes to my area, have been in touch with the group in CA.
