The ground and wall breaches might be weirder than you suspect? Couple things I notice: The wall and fence sections were breached by a big, 6 yd. or bigger, front loader. And it seems the ragheads initially pouring thru the gaps got there by vehicle. That all indicates the initial push came from a way back and was fast. If you’re going to do it that’s a good tactic.
But never mind any missing alarms. It seems that not a shot was fired? Was nobody even home? Were all the normal border guards down at the rave in the desert? The Israelis well know that they are most exposed on their Sabbath and holidays? And GI’s were sleeping without at least a fire watch? The apparent halfassedness is spectacular. Maybe BiBi will tell us where everyone was?
Nothing about the ground breach makes any sense. My understanding of Israel’s border is that it’s defended with underground and long-range sensors, trenches, guard paths and sophisticated electronic surveillance, including drones. I can understand one security measure failing, but not all of them.
