Did not get the alert. Probably because I am not in range of a cell tower. I use wifi calling.

I wondered if it would come thru that way. Guess not.

I thought it was going to computers, tv, and radio too. I don’t have a tv, and do have an old radio which I never listen to.

I got mine on my DUMB phone at 2:20. It made a long beep, and when I flipped it open I could see “Presidential Alert”, but by the time I grabbed my magnifying glass to read the fine print below (screen is only 2”, if that), it had disappeared already. It’s not saved anywhere either.

My SMART phone got nothing, nada. But it isn’t hooked up for actual phone service. It’s effectively just a small wifi tablet.
