The job of a responsible dog owner, is to protect their dog, by not allowing it into situations that would jeopardize it’s life.
Most jurisdictions, this would qualify for the animal being being removed from a unsafe owner and/or put down.

The dog would be put down for 1 or 2. This is on top of Dr. Jill’s elder abuse by not taking her ice cream hair sniffer husband off stage.

Anyone else's dog that had bitten people that many times would have been put down. Do SS agents get "hazardous pay" for having to be subjected to dog bites from an unruly, and uncontrollable animal?
