Strange how the finger-wagging posts quote Jim, but they always leave out this crucial part. Every time.

This is the substance of the exchanges on these "daily amen™ threads," in which "a controversial foreign war where we were not attacked” is demanded to be seen as not controversial, those with other views (plural) are brow-beaten with inane responses, "squirrel into the weeds" games and more.

A difference of opinion is heresy to the zealots. There is indeed a pattern, as you so observe. Best wishes.
