Hillary will make the grand sacrifice and step up to the plate to run again in 2024. Biden’s handlers will convince him to turn the Democrat party over to Hillary in order to make up for the 2016 election that was stolen from her. Why do you think she has started her Ukraine fund-raising “initiative”? That will bring in the Bush/Cheney/Romney GOPe-wing, including National Review, Bulwark, Lincoln Project and George Will/Bill Kristol-type of the party in to support her.
