It’s available at our local Costco and the Jewel, both within a half a mile of where I’m sitting. For a real treat I visit the local butcher where I can have my USDA Prime Porterhouse cut to my specifications.
It ain’t cheap, but it is worth it.

A prime porterhouse would have to be just lovely. I need to ask my butcher if he can get that for us.
