A ten years long hood rat problem down the street from me just ended this morning with US Marshalls in six big SUV’s hauling his a$$ off. The county does that every few months, but the judges just turn him loose. Now we will see what happens when the feds haul off a hood-rat? He’s been breaking into rail cars for ten years now, selling all the stuff right out of his garage, chopping stolen cars, etc...
I came home from work on day about 25 years ago and my cul-da sack was full of swat, the neighbors on the other side were sitting in lawn chairs drinking beer while watching the people in between us getting busted for drugs and stuff, then some asshole neighbors from hell moved in.
(at least the drug dealers were quiet and kept to themselves even if there was a lot of traffic)
