Not completely true. If that was the case, Wagner Mercenaries wouldn't have been so effective because the Russian government is corrupt. Prigozhin is the Slavic version of Erik Prince, he was hands on with his guys. They were better trained and equipped than the typical conscript in the Russian military.

I am in total agreement. I believe Prigozhin was killed because many were in agreement to remove Putin.
