Smithee was the ONE man who stood against those 23 lawless hypocrites and gave this calm and neutral speech based on LAW,facts and precedent. The RINOS voted with th Blue, anyway. to impeach and send solid gossip to the TX Senate, as evidence.
Smithee was my representative for years in the Texas 13th District. A lawyer by practice, he remains a trusted dean of sorts to the Texas House of Representatives, in Austin.
