I grew up in Mobile and it’s a dink-hole. It has grown some in the last 20 years - especially West Mobile. Baldwin County is where the boom really is. Alas, the City of Six Flags is filled with corruption (Democrats) and the same ole George Wallace good ole boy back slapping politics.
I grew up in Montgomery, and it is a bigger dink-hole than Mobile with a smaller population. Sure it has the state government and Maxwell AFB, but they can be a liability. Da Gump is full of state workers and Air Force personnel who think they should be in charge of everything. That’s something I do not miss.
