If PDJT is still president now, then what will happen if he wins the 2024 election?
How can he serve a third term (even though he didn’t really get a chance to serve the 2nd term).
This is confusing to me.

Certainly the swampers would claim Trump couldn’t run again in 2024 should he resume the white hut. They would no doubt “confess” that they knew all the time he was really president. But the two year rule comes into play. Bidum’s signature all over the bathroom walls makes the case clearly that Trump was NOT acting as president. When a person steps in with less than two years left in the term it doesn’t count as a term. That’s why LBJ was eligible to run again in 1968 but cancer took him out.
It might take a supreme court case to establish “serving” but not to worry. Way too much has been made by the media, et al, that SloJoe is currently prezzy.
A while ago Kash Patel was asked a question which I can’t remember; or perhaps was just speaking about Trump returning, and he said “there is no Constitutional remedy” or something very similar. I got discouraged for about 10 seconds, and then thought, of course not, thus there has to be another way, besides this supposed being elected in 2024.
Since the entire situation of a stolen election, and everyone going along with it, and SCOTUS refuses to hear one case about it, combined with many statements by Trump about being back sooner that we think, the diamonds have to be returned, and many similar statements - means that something unprecedented and extra-Consitutional will happen. the Constitution never addressed how to remedy a stolen election.
Clearly the judicial system can’t fix it, Congress can’t fix it, so what will? “the only way is the military”.
