“FWF” was an un-caught typo for “FWIW”= for what it’s worth. “Astral” is the out of body, soul realm, where witches and shamans operate. People can learn to project their soul that is attached by a “silver cord,” as the bible calls it. We aren’t supposed to do that. Our spirit is supposed to host our body and take it with us, like walking on water or being caught away to catch up to a chariot. We’re eternal beings that only die because we believe we do, and the world works to ensure that. Thankfully, God incarnated Himself in the flesh as Jesus and intervened so we wouldn’t all be eternally lost.
