I get a “Protocols of You-Know-Who” vibe from this thing. Besides, the language reads kinda silly.
It does read silly, but more of an early-20th century silly. I need to read it more closely (and not on my phone) to see if it aligns more to modern-day (they say it first appeared around 2002), or more Gatsby-era.
