This plane was only 55% viable accd. to the piece The 55% didn't apply to that particular aircraft, it is the F35 fleet that has a readiness rate of 55%. That is only 55% of the fleet is FMC (Fully Mission Capable).

gotcha thanks,i know however that lack of spare parts for most anything in the military has been ahuge problem for years. Don’t know why.
