I don’t know if it would be worth trying to can potato salad.
It’s so easy and quick to throw together...just a jar of the potatoes, cut-up hard boiled eggs, a sprinkle of frozen peas, and Heinz Sandwich Spread that has everything in it already. I get it online from a store that sells British groceries.
Oh I wasn’t thinking of canning potato salad! I should have been more clear. I didn’t know if the dry canned potatoes could be used for it. If their consistency would have been soft enough.
