I watched the "Peterson/Newman" in its original incarnation. Most amusing. But long before, on the BBC international which was one of the only two English language programs on our cable in Germany, I watched other "Hard Talk" interviews from time to time demonstrating the same gambit.

Most amusingly, at the end of one interview, the guy talking head tried to reach over the desk to shake hands with his "victim" saying "it was nice speaking to you." The one interviewed did not offer a hand in reply, but said slowly and clearly, "I cannot say the same for you." And walked off.

Well, Russia has already begun long time ago to methodically eliminte (by death) every opposition to the Kremlin regime. The Kremlin is killing everywhere, including any Russian not proactively supporting Putin. They are either sent to rot in a prison somewhere, or thrown out of a window from the 7th floor, or poisoned. Hell, Russia even poisoned people in UK with highly radioactive Polonium - a typical Russian signature.

The deep-state Kremlin crowd are running a well oiled mean assassination machine.
They even killed their best combatant Prighozin by blowing up his plain with all his nearest collaborators.
