The U.S. government has done pretty much nothing but lie to the people about everything for this entire century (and most of the last century). And now with this careers, mortgages, college funds and pensions are going to be on the line for the new office to prove their worth and importance. We’ve got lots of past experience in how that turns out. 70 years from now, if the country lasts that long, this office will have morphed into thousands of employees with a budget - by then - in the trillions.

Also, it may be a different department in our government creating these aircraft. Has NASA checked with the CIA?

Perhaps because not all were saucer shaped, so “UFO” was more inclusive language???
The government doesn’t create such a position without fully intending the role to “find” and announce UFOs.

I’ve heard reports that UFOs have been tracked on radar.
So yes, we aren’t all just hallucinating or imagining things. There is something there.
We can’t say they are extra terrestrial spacecraft. But just because we can’t identify what they are, doesn’t mean they don’t exist.
This is so ridiculous. Any alien capable of getting to Earth is capable of going wherever the hell it wants to go. The idea that ‘they’ are hiding the aliens is hilarious. It’s as if the aliens are contacting the global traffic control system and requesting a runway. What horsepuckey.
The universe is so vast that a far off civilization could establish space travel, and never come anywhere near Earth. They might receive one of the Obama / Biden Regime speech broadcasts and never, ever come close to us. Or, an advanced civilization might view the speeches and send all their own leftist wackos to the Earth. Leftist aliens exiled to San Francisco and New York, where they would fit right in. .
