enhances the flavor of the cod.
(Usually the fish of choice)
in fish and chips.
I love seafood. Pacific coast
preferably.
Scallops, abalone, king crab,
halibut.
I also like the east coast chowders
and lobster.
Chowders, favor New England over Manhattan. And fried clams
Love those little critters w/tarter sauce.
Spanish Paella is sensational as well.
Worked not too far from Howard Johnson. Every Fri the office
girls went to HoJos for lunch. All you could hope for in
seafood favorites. LOL and their ice cream hot fudge cake wasn’t so bad either!
