I was under the impression that the actual ballots were to be destroyed no earlier than 22 months after the election. I don’t know the law as it relates to “ballot images,” which would be useless as evidence. The author of this piece didn’t cite the law s/he was claiming to have been violated.

Incompetence or a Cover-Up? Georgia destroyed election data right after a lawsuit alleged its voting system might have been hacked.

BTW, a variety of states, not just Georgia, have been violating their own elections laws.

Now why would that be necessary...? 🤔
