I was referring to somebody claiming to see the future in a film.

Of course the Libyans are Moslems.   But they were in the film as a joke to provide Doc Brown a way to get plutonium.   It might be another joke that Tetroxide can be used to make terrorist's explosives.   I know that has got me laughing. ;^)
