See, back when FR was an American site, it was customary to italicize someone’s quote and then add your own comments in a reply to the post.

So when you see an italicized paragraph, that is the quoted portion of the post. It’s a courtesy. The *non* italicized portion is what I typed.

An easy way to determine the post that is being copied and italicized is to look at the bottom of the post where it says “To.” See? After “[Post Reply | Private Reply...”
