It is just amazing to me that after what was done to Kavanagh any thinking person could confuse quality of evidence with number of accusers or the acting ability of those accusers.

The sexual allegations against Brett Kavanaugh and Clarence Thomas were entirely uncorroborated. And the allegations against Kavanaugh were so flimsy as to be ridiculous.

In the Carroll case two women testified that Carroll had told them about the department store assault at the time it happened; and a third woman testified that Trump had molested her on an airplane. And of course Trump misidentified Carroll’s picture as his second wife Marla, after first saying she wasn’t his type. Using the civil standard of preponderance of the evidence the jury had an easy decision, and didn’t take long returning a verdict in favor of Carroll.

Brett Kavanaugh was a central figure, as Ken Starr’s assistant, in the coverup of Vincent Foster’s death, and in my opinion should never have been appointed to the US Supreme Court.

Kavanaugh had replaced the honest prosecutor, Miquel Rodriguez, who resigned in protest after Starr prevented him from properly investigating Foster’s death. Unfortunately in DC the corrupt who go along rise to the top, and honest people are confined to obscurity (if they are lucky enough to even stay alive).
