Ukraine is a DC money pit. Nothing good for America can possibly come from shoveling billions of US tax dollars to a corrupt Ukrainian government when Americans are being kicked to the curb. Billions for Ukraine…..zip for Maui
FEMA has over $25 billion available / appropriated. Sending support to Ukraine is irrelevant to supporting Maui — although I do suspect that the real reasons support to Maui is weak are more fundamental to the present nature of our gov’t than a simple matter of who should get the money.
Why blame Ukraine for Biden’s stupidity? The fact that we’re sending aid to Ukraine doesn’t mean money is being stolen from disaster relief.

Aiding Ukraine is not the reason for aid to Maui or as some have said, securing the border.
Those are political decisions. The money is there (printed as it may be), thought the Maui situation does confound me.
I will admit I have not followed the situation closely, and there are some strange things going on there, not the least is that Hawaii is about as liberal as it comes and unlike the railroad issue in ohio in a republican state(yes it has come down to this), and the dims and xidens actions and responses are curious
