The people who have been utterly destroying cities like Mariupol in Eastern Ukraine where Russian speaking Ukrainians used to live are Russians, not Ukrainians.

The problem with revolutionaries is that once they overthrow democracies, they have to kill all those that disagree rather than let them secede. When the disenfranchised fights back, or another party helps the disenfranchised, the poor revolutionaries are always the victims.
