"The Greatest Show on Earth-2023" and it claims the Coof came from Ukraine, not China. (An interesting docu, by the way, which ties a lot of pieces together - am definitely sharing it.)

I think it was developed in Ukraine as well and exported/transported to China for release to the world. The 7th Military World Games was held from October 18–27, 2019, in Wuhan, Hubei, China, for the first time. The event was also the nation’s largest military sports event ever with 9,308 athletes from 109 countries competing in 329 events and 27 sporting disciplines. China insisted from the beginning that the American military released the virus while there. I understand that China hasn’t always been a beacon of truth and authenticity, but I don’t believe that their every utterance is a lie either.

IIRC, there were early rumors that Soros traveled from UKR to Wuhan just before the Coof outbreak. Was this ever verified or debunked?

This is the problem with the devolution argument. Trump was integrated on January 20th 2017. Which means Obama started the Continuity of government directive.
Trump had to continue it. They used the Steele Dossier to implement this. It took until January of 2021 to show the Dossier was a lie the last few days of congress.
The question I have is why did Biden resign it while he is in office? It's clear the military is holding some reins of power.
My question is what is the military doing with this power at this point? They're required by law to work only in facts.
This can go either way in my opinion.
