Yeah, “leaked” is not the correct terminology here - unless an intentional release is considered a leak.

Clandestine (and Putin) have already mentioned the Ukraine connection to bio-weapons, of which Covid 19 is very likely one.

Regardless of origin, the treatment pushed on the people was what many consider the real bio-weapon.
