There are several tributaries and springs that join here to form a creek that feeds into the potomac. 14 acres 9 of it forest. Wild life abounds here. New place should be pretty fun too. Not as much land to take care of though. Thank goodness.

Sounds incredibly beautiful. 14 acres, 9 of forest, is a lot of upkeep. DH is tired of managing 5 acres of forest; esp since there are wildfires frequently. On the east coast summer isn’t invariable hot and dry, so that’s a plus.
