That’s how they get their dachas, yachts, foreign accounts, etc. What with XI being short of bucks, yuan, etc. it would be entirely predicktable that he would put some pressure on his team of dirtbagz to cough up some of their stash.
Pootin does the same thing. He’s still going after his bunch of Oli’s that scammed Russian assets after the breakup 30 years ago. No sense of humor. Can’t take a joke. Big deal commies frequently forget who they owe kickbacks to.
It is almost impossible for a senior person, military or civilian, NOT to be involved in the corruption. Those who don't participate are a threat to those who do and are not promoted.
