All of the GPR109A ingredients are safe, all the way to 10 g of niacin. N acetyl L glutamine is a natural amino acid. Folic acid, or vitamin B9, is also very safe.

Folic acid can be dangerous in people with a MTHFR mutation.

WOW. Day 3’s niacin reaction today was completely different!

I still swallowed the 1/2 capsule (250mg) (forgot about the Pro-Tip, sorry #1p).

BUT this time — NO VIT C or Quercetin (which I had been taking at the same time).

The only reaction was mild redness and itching for about 15 minutes. That was it!

Since the GPR109A bottle just arrived, tomorrow I am going to up the dose to 500mg, taking 2 of these new capsules. Should be interesting : )
