Pro tip: dilute t=your dose in a glass of water and sip that for a while. That way you don’t get the whole flush punch at once. Once you move on to higher doses you’ll be able to take the whole dose at once. You are going to have to get up to around 3g per day for therapeutic effects to be noticeable. After that a maintenance dose of 1g a day is recommended.
