Amazon service has been slipping of late. They have been losing shipments more frequently. Items are often packed haphazardly and shipping is taking longer and longer. My Subscribe and Save order, due on the 1st of this month, is still not here.
I am moving to other online vendors as I can. For pet products Chewys is superior. Walmart will often will deliver items the same day for no charge or a nominal charge.
Better smarten up, Amazon.
My daughter had bought something from Amazon for her boyfriend’s birthday present, something electronic, I forget what it was, but what they sent her was the motor for a motorized wheelchair, that cost ten times as much as what she ordered. We were able to drop it off locally at an Amazon drop-off location so she wouldn’t be charged for it.
