I’ve had excellent experience with Amazon...including returns.

Most recently, I returned a $1500 DAC (Gustard A26) received but decided to order a $2800 DAC (Wandla) that offered *much* higher performance.

I never opened or broke the factory seal and Amazon issued my refund as soon as it was received.

My advice, once you receive it and prefer not to keep it, simply return unopened.

I actually looked it up on Amazon and I still don’t know what it does.
