There is no lack of entertainment across all apps on Roku.

You can search a decent amount of apps using the Roku main search function. It will tell you what apps have stated they have that movie or series available and you can download whatever app needed to view it. Many are completely free.

That's true, and I have most of the important apps downloaded, such as Netflix and Tubi and Prime and other movie sites.

The issue I complain about is the content offerings by ROKU itself, and it's all junk or very old.

We have ROKU and samsung w/ their + channels (basically Pluto channe) Little local coverage in this rural area. Certainly not the DFW area and their stations. Do miss having those.
PLuto/ samsung+ offers many 3-5 movie stations, news stations and other intersting stations with sports and various throw aways which most find of little interest. NEWSMAX, REAL AMERICAS VOICE are the two main news channels watched on the plus stations.

ROKU offers the Roku channel which changes their movies at the
beginning of each month. They can show great movies at times. The TV shows offered are seldom of interest. Only a few present day series are followed. However still enjoy a
Perry Mason, and a few others.

Thanks for your reply
