I stopped by the AMC dealer and looked at a green split-bumper Z-28 - 4-speed
For some reason I want to say it was a 1972 - but it’s been a long time
Anyways, the price was around $2500 - this was a loooooooong time ago - the dealer is long gone - it’s a U-Haul place nowadays

They were a great car although I'm really partial to the 67, 68 body style. A true, numbers matching z28 like the one I sold would be worth about 60k now. This is me kicking myself.
