Never-the-less, I will compare the tribes I listed from Rev 7 against the tribes contained in the block of unformatted text you copy-pasted from Gen 49.
Even today the Heavenly Father knows where these individual tribes literal are and they have never been folded in to Judah.
We can agree on that.
Now I will compare what I wrote from Rev 7 and what you copy-pasted from Gen 49.

I think his point was that not all Israelites are Jewish, only those from the Kingdom of Judah (tribes of Judah, Benjamin, and part of Levi).

True but God looks at the entire planet, not just the United States.
For certain, no nation resembling the United States in the 2nd half of the 20th century can exist during the Great Tribulation, therefore, America must either fall, become irrelevant on the world scene, or morph with Europe into some trans-Atlantic super state.
An America that has fallen, or declined into irrelevancy is not necessarily a triggering event for the rapture and tribulation.
However, an America under influence of the globalist left that merges with Europe I could see as a triggering event.

There are two houses, House of Judah and House of Israel.. (Christ called them the lost sheep of the house of Israel. The majority are still lost, they have no clue who they are.). and as it is Written these two houses will not be rejoined by anyone but Christ. To call them Jews demonstrates lack of knowledge.

Paul penned some are 'predestined ', now if you have a problem with Paul that is on you. Paul penned that 'some' were chosen 'before' the foundation of this world... (flesh age) that means at the casting down - overthrow of Lucifer. Isaiah and Ezekiel both describe Lucifer's rebellion and judgment, which took place before this flesh age... Lucifer is the only named entity that has been judged to eternal death. Genesis 1:2 describes the overthrow ... the earth became void and without form and flooded.
If so, my response would be, it was the plan of salvation that was predestined before the foundation of the world, not the individual (1’st Peter 19-20). Because each of us are born and created with free will. Unless I misunderstood your post?

I am sorry you do not ‘see’. Each individual will be individually judged. Some individuals stayed loyal to the Heavenly Father when the devil decided he would be god. (The elect, saints, chosen, justified, predestined. stayed loyal to the Heavenly Father.)
