I am ‘allergic’ to nightshades; however, I bite the bullet & have jalapeño poppers on occasion & this week, I have eaten a couple of tomato sandwiches .... of course, I have heartburn & feel awful (IBS-like symptoms), but after this weekend, tomatoes will be off limits again.

I’m gonna have a tomatoe sandwhich tonight- nice sun ripened on the vine from our garden- even htough it’ll hurt- I have to have a toasted tomatoe sandwhich at least 3-4 tiems a year lol
