He is right that it's treason on multiple levels. I agree with his three 1/3 groups (minions of the cabal, pressured to be minions and will not accept being a minion.) Though the cabal(religion) is running as though they're totally in charge while ignoring us.
The statement that the cabal is dead. I think he is trying to say don't fear the cabal. Not that they're actually dead. In that sense he makes a good point.
