My .02 on flush niacin. My doctor put me on a statin drug for high cholesterol. Since I have been following the Q threads, I knew that statins could have bad side effects, so I started taking 500mg flush niacin instead. My doctor was very pleased with how the “statin” had lowered my cholesterol, and I never mentioned the real reason. Since niacin is working so well, I am looking into other natural remedies. I just wish that I had ducked into Tractor Supply when I tested positive for the coof and picked up some horse paste.
