It has been an interesting three days. Got some 500mg tabs and am waiting on a kilo of niacin powder. Took one, didn’t get anything so later took a second. Got the flush. Two days now 1000mg, no flush. Screwed up elbow feeling much better. Thanks for the niacin tout.
Agree. Just look at the low RDA for Vit C.
