First charge, first witness for the prosecution went to the Defense as a win for Paxton. Buzzby.

Second witness for the Prosecution was much more articulate, precise, fine resume, and therefore seemed competent.

Senatatorial jury resumes at 9 AM tomorrow, but Not sure when Defense Cross will begin. Counsel for Defense is not Buzzby, but a younger lawyer. Hope he saves Paxton from incriminating testimony of Second witness, as Buzzby deftly buried First witness.
