Two thoughts. Would McCarthy have the votes to impeach? Biden’s crimes appear to have been as VP and the five year statute of limitations appears to have run out. Maybe that is the thinking of the Rats.

No statute of limitations on impeachment. Biden will never be criminally charged anyway. Impeachment is the only way to establish the facts, and possibly get Biden removed.
