Well this is Catherine Austin Fits giving some good economic and prep advice to survive the global reset. She also mentions 15 minute cities being created by disaster. Apparently this has happened before in several places, Australia for example, probably Greece recently with all the arson and Mauii. It is always prime land owned by the locals who can not afford to rebuild or get shorted by insurance. She mentions secret weapons, such as weather modification to clear these areas with "selective destruction". Mentions that BRICS would not be better but worse considering China would be in charge.
